No. Lash adhesives and all liquid products are final sale due to hygiene and safety reasons.

Lash trays are non-returnable once opened. Unopened and unused trays in original packaging may be eligible for store credit only if requested within 14 days of delivery.

We do not offer cash or card refunds. Approved returns are issued as store credit only.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, email us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the item
• Photos of the shipping packaging (if applicable)

Once approved, we will offer a replacement or store credit
