Deposits are non-refundable. If you reschedule your appointment 24 hours in advance, your deposit will be carried over to your new appointment. Deposits for rescheduled  appointments can only be transferred once. Please reach out for extenuating circumstances.

Please text me if you are going to be late. If you are more than 20 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and your deposit will be forfeited. Please reach out for extenuating situations.

Lash extensions can last 4-6 weeks, but you shed 3-5 natural lashes per day & will lose your extensions with them. So you will need to refill your lash extensions every 2 weeks to keep your fullness. You will need a full set if it has been more than 3 weeks since your last visit or if you don’t have at least 40% of your lash  extensions remaining.

1. Limit caffeine so you can relax. 

2. Make sure all makeup and eye makeup have been removed.
3. Appointments can last up to 3 hours so it’s best to come alone.
4. Dress comfy.
5. If you are requesting something special, please reach out to confirm we are able to accommodate you prior to your appointment.  

Expect relaxation! Most clients fall asleep during their service. Please feel free to bring your earbuds so you can listen to your favorite music or podcast! 

A refill must be done every 2-3 weeks because you shed 3-5 natural lashes per day and because outgrown lashes must be removed even if they are still attached. If it has been longer than 21 days since your last lash appointment, a full set must be booked. 

This is called a “foreign refill”. If your current lash extensions have been isolated properly, you have 40% or more remaining and it has not been longer than 2-3 weeks from your lash appointment, please book the foreign refill service. Please note your refill may not be identical to your current lashes but I will do my best to blend them as much as possible. If I’m not able to refill them once I see them in person, you will need a removal and full set. 

After a full service or refill, do not wet your lash extensions for 24 hours so the glue can cure properly. After 24 hours, you should wash your extensions with lash shampoo (non-oily) and brush with your spoolie daily. Daily maintenance helps to increase your retention time so your  extensions last longer. You should also be mindful of rubbing your eyes, crying, excessive touching and sleeping on your face. Please avoid any oil based makeup that touch your lash extensions & excessive sweating.

We only accept appointments for all services due to the amount of time we like to spend with clients giving them our undivided attention. Appointments must be booked on our website only.
